See your events in the pipeline
The Guest List is published by Socially, the software that connects the events you host to the deals in your CRM. Here is what it does, and how to see it on your own events.
Most of what we publish comes back to the same problem. Teams host dinners, roundtables and user conferences, then answer for them with an attendance count and a feeling. Only 1 in 5 enterprises has connected its event platform to the rest of its marketing stack (Forrester, 2024), and nearly half of event organizers say they cannot connect event activity to pipeline (Bizzabo, 2026).
Socially is built for that gap. It is the system of record for the events you host.
What it does
Attendance syncs against your CRM. Connect HubSpot or Salesforce, and every event's attendee list is matched to your contacts and accounts. No exports, no spreadsheet, no manual matching.
Every event shows which open deals had people in the room. After a dinner, you see the opportunities that had a contact at the table, what stage they were in, and what moved afterward. The numbers are arithmetic over your own records, not a modeled estimate.
Attendees who are not in the CRM yet are flagged. The guest who came to two events and never filled in a form stops being invisible.
Contacts are tiered by what they actually do. Attendance across events sorts your community into rings, from the people who show up every time to the ones who registered once and never came.
The next invite list builds itself. Socially looks across past attendance and your CRM and surfaces who is worth a seat at the next event, so the list starts from evidence instead of memory and last year's export.
Who it is for
Field marketers, event marketers and the marketing and revenue operations teams behind them, at B2B companies that host their own events and run HubSpot or Salesforce. If you are measured on pipeline and asked what the last dinner was worth, this was built for you.
